I'm dealing with stomach issues a lot lately. It's been happening a couple of times just in this past week, and I really don't feel like eating anything. Last night was pretty rough with vomiting, and I've had these intense headaches all day. Do you have any idea what might be going on?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of gastritis, which is inflammation of the stomach lining. To help with your symptoms, you can take over-the-counter antacids like Maalox or Mylanta to help reduce stomach acid. Additionally, you can try taking Omeprazole (Prilosec) 20mg once daily before breakfast to further reduce stomach acid production. It's also important to avoid spicy, acidic, and fatty foods that can irritate the stomach. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I'm really worried about my mom. She's been taking Deriphyllin R 300 for her condition, but now she's having some issues with her stomach. I'm wondering if switching her to Deriphyllin OD 300 might help. Could that make a difference, or should I be concerned about any side effects?

Yes.

I've been feeling this weird movement in my lower abdomen for the past 67 months. It feels like a fast expansion and contraction, kinda like my heart is beating in my stomach, happening 3 or 4 times in a row and then again after a few hours. It's even visible if I look at my abdomen. Do you have any idea what might be causing this?

It's normal peristaltic movement of our gut which can be seen in some people.

I was wondering if you could help me with something. Last night, I felt something moving in my anus after going to the toilet. There's also this little pain I've been experiencing in my lower left stomach and groin area. Sometimes it even feels like there's some kind of obstruction when I'm trying to have a bowel movement or when I urinate. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

The sensation of something moving in your anus, accompanied by pain in the lower left stomach and groin area, and occasional obstruction during bowel movements or urination, may indicate a possible rectal prolapse, hemorrhoids, or anal fissure; schedule an appointment with a gastroenterologist,
