I'm dealing with stomach issues a lot lately. It's been happening a couple of times just in this past week, and I really don't feel like eating anything. Last night was pretty rough with vomiting, and I've had these intense headaches all day. Do you have any idea what might be going on?

Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your acidity.. Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals... If gas is a problem for you, foods that might make symptoms worse include beans, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli. Fatty foods also may be a problem for some people. Chewing gum or drinking through a straw can lead to swallowing air, causing more gas. Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function. If you have diarrhea, you may find that eating small, frequent meals makes you feel better. But if you're constipated, eating larger amounts of high-fiber foods may help move food through your intestines

Why do I feel like pooping but nothing comes out?

It can be because of lack of fibre in diet and rectal tenesmus due to intestinal conditions like irritable bowel syndrome, IBD, Hemorrhoids etc. Try to include high fiber foods such as Pears, strawberries, apple, oat meal, brown rice, banana, broccoli, green leafy vegetables (kale, spinach), avocado, carrots, tomato, beans and sweet potato in diet and take plenty of fluids.If issue still persist then consult a doctor.
