I'm dealing with stomach issues a lot lately. It's been happening a couple of times just in this past week, and I really don't feel like eating anything. Last night was pretty rough with vomiting, and I've had these intense headaches all day. Do you have any idea what might be going on?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of gastritis, which is inflammation of the stomach lining. To help with your symptoms, you can take over-the-counter antacids like Maalox or Mylanta to help reduce stomach acid. Additionally, you can try taking Omeprazole (Prilosec) 20mg once daily before breakfast to further reduce stomach acid production. It's also important to avoid spicy, acidic, and fatty foods that can irritate the stomach. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I'm a 35-year-old woman who's been dealing with lax LES since 2019. The first signs were a persistent cough, and after an endoscopy, they diagnosed me with this condition. I've been sleeping on an elevated bed or wedge pillow since then, but I'm still struggling with the symptoms. It feels like a nightmare. Is there any real treatment for this? Right now, I'm dealing with constant heartburn, a sour taste in my mouth, a heavy chest, and some breathing issues. It's like I'm experiencing these symptoms non-stop. What can I do?

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with stomach problems for the last two months, like cramps, abdominal pain, weird motions, mild fever, red eyes, and headaches. I first saw one gastro doctor who thought it was an infection and gave me some medications like Zifi, Satrogyl, and Nizonide. He wanted me to do a bunch of tests like colonoscopy, endoscopy, biopsy, CT scans, and blood tests. I went to another senior gastro in Noida, and he said it's IBS and no need for all those tests. But then after his 10-day course, the issues came back, and he also blamed another infection. Now, it's been about 20 days since my stomach has been better, and I'm taking Menoctyl, Enzar Forte, and Vizylac. What's really bothering me is that I've lost 8-9 kg of weight despite eating enough lately, and my weight isn't going up. Is this normal? Should I stick with the same gastro since I'm finally feeling some relief? The weight loss is freaking me out a bit.
