I'm dealing with these dark patches under my breasts and it's been happening for the last couple of months. They get a bit itchy sometimes. Could you help me understand what might be going on? I'm really curious and a little worried about it. I've attached a photo for reference.

I woke up this morning with a rash that kind of looks like a rat bite. I've noticed a rat in my room before and I've been using rat poison to try to deal with it. I didn't wake up last night and the wound hasn't bled or anything. Should I be worried or do anything about it?

I'm using Acnil soap for acne, but my face is drying out and starting to peel. I'm 25 and really worried about these side effects. Could you recommend another option for dealing with acne that won't dry out my skin?
Since Acnil soap is causing dryness and peeling of your skin, you can try using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. It is a mild and non-irritating cleanser that is suitable for sensitive skin. Use it twice a day, in the morning and evening, to cleanse your face. Make sure to follow up with a non-comedogenic moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.
