I'm dealing with these lipomas that are gradually getting bigger and I'm really worried about it. The doctor mentioned that surgery might actually cause them to come back, so I'm hesitant about that route. Do you know of any treatments that could help reduce their size or at least stop them from spreading? I'm hoping for a solution that avoids making things worse.

Lipomas can be challenging to manage. Since your doctor mentioned surgical treatment may lead to recurrence, consider the following alternative options to reduce their size:
Non-Surgical Treatments
- Steroid Injections: Injecting steroids into the lipoma can help reduce its size.
- Lipolysis: A non-surgical procedure that dissolves excess fat using deoxycholic acid injections.
- Cryolipolysis: A non-invasive procedure that freezes fat cells, reducing the lipoma's size.
Natural Remedies
- Turmeric: Curcumin in turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties that may help reduce lipoma size.
- Neem Oil: Applying neem oil topically may help reduce inflammation and lipoma size.
- Apple Cider Vinegar: Drinking apple cider vinegar may help reduce inflammation and promote fat breakdown.
Dietary Changes
- Increase Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon and flaxseeds, may help reduce inflammation.
- Eat Antioxidant-Rich Foods: Foods high in antioxidants, such as berries and leafy greens, may help reduce inflammation and promote overall health.

View allI'm trying to figure out the best way to remove hair from my private parts. I used a Philips trimmer, but it was painful. I also thought about using hair removal cream, but I'm concerned about getting an infection or having an allergic reaction. Do you have any advice on how I can safely remove hair down there?

I've had multiple small lipomas on both hands for the past 23 years, with some on my stomach and chest too. About 12 of them hurt when pressed hard. New ones keep appearing, and some older ones are getting bigger. Every doctor I've seen says surgery is the only option, but there are so many and I'm worried about scarring. Is there a safe treatment that can stop new lipomas from forming?
excision is advised to the patient, also surgery opinion at apollo hospital for further tt.

I've been dealing with this intense itching all over my body because my IGE levels are high. The last time I checked was two years ago, and it was at 300. A skin specialist suggested I take either antibiotic medicine or Ebastine 20, which seemed to help for about three days, but then the itching comes right back. Is it okay to keep taking this medicine regularly, or should I consider other options?
High IgE levels can cause itching and skin issues. Given your experience with Ebastel or Best 20 (antihistamines), it's clear that: *Alternatives and Next Steps* 1. *Consult an allergist or immunologist*: To better understand your IgE levels and develop a personalized treatment plan. 2. *Consider immunotherapy*: Allergy shots or sublingual immunotherapy might help reduce your IgE levels and alleviate itching. 3. *Topical treatments*: Apply topical creams or ointments, such as pimecrolimus or tacrolimus, to reduce itching and inflammation. 4. *Oral medications*: If antihistamines aren't effective, your doctor might prescribe oral corticosteroids or immunosuppressants. *Important Notes* 1. *Don't self-medicate*: Avoid taking medications without consulting your doctor, as this can lead to adverse effects or interactions. 2. *Monitor your IgE levels*: Regularly check your IgE levels to track changes and adjust your treatment plan accordingly
