I'm dealing with these really itchy rashes on my thighs and groin area, but thankfully my penis isn't affected. It's really uncomfortable because it chafes, bleeds, and itches so badly that I'm scratching constantly, both day and night. I can't even sleep since I can't resist the urge to scratch. What's worrying me is that it's starting to spread to my buttocks too. Could you help me figure out what's going on and what I can do about it?

I'm a bit worried because I used antibiotic cream on a fungal infection rash, and it seems like the rash only got worse. So now I'm wondering, if I use antifungal cream on a rash that's not painful, and it ends up getting worse, could it mean it's another type of infection? Or can antifungal cream make any type of infection worse, kind of like how the antibiotic cream did?

there is no such relation, visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management

I've been having some real discomfort down there. I rubbed the area around my anus because it was irritated, and now its burning even more, and I'm noticing more skin getting affected. I tried soaking in warm water with potassium permanganate, but the burning persists. What can I do to make it better?
