I'm dealing with tight foreskin where I can pull it back normally when soft, but during an erection it's really painful and tight around the head almost like a burning sensation. I'm not sure if my frenulum is tight too. Is there any way to fix this without surgery?

It sounds like you may have phimosis, a condition where the foreskin is too tight to retract fully and comfortably. This can cause pain and discomfort during erections, potentially from a tight frenulum as well. Non-surgical treatments can help, including topical steroid creams and gentle stretching exercises

View allI have a 5.8 x 3.5 cm renal cyst in my right kidney and I'm looking for treatment options other than sclerotherapy or surgery. Are there any effective ayurvedic medicines, yoga, jogging, or homeopathy remedies that can help shrink or manage it? I'm a bit worried and want to explore natural alternatives first.
While natural therapies like Ayurveda, yoga, jogging, and homeopathy may offer supportive benefits, they are unlikely to shrink or eliminate a renal cyst of this size (5.8 x 3.5 cm) on their own. Ayurveda may help manage symptoms and improve kidney health, while yoga and exercise can support overall well-being. However, for a cyst of this size, medical intervention, such as sclerotherapy or surgery, might be necessary to address any potential complications or significant discomfort

I'm wondering if using coconut oil under the foreskin is a good idea for keeping things clean, especially to prevent smegma. If coconut oil isn't recommended, what other options are there that I can try? Just trying to figure out the best way to maintain hygiene down there.
Using coconut oil under the foreskin can actually lead to a buildup of smegma and increase the risk of infections. A better substitute for keeping the area clean is to use a mild, unscented soap and warm water during daily hygiene routines. Additionally, applying a thin layer of over-the-counter antifungal cream like Clotrimazole cream twice a day can help prevent smegma buildup and maintain proper hygiene.

My 71-year-old father was diagnosed with prostate cancer after a biopsy showed grade 24. The doctor recommended removing his prostate gland and testis, but he's currently taking homeopathic medicine like sabal serulata 200. Is surgery really necessary at this stage, or can his condition be managed with medicines? We're open to homeopathy, Ayurveda, herbal treatments, or even combining them with allopathy if it helps avoid surgery.
yes surgery is advised
