I'm dealing with an ulcer that's been bothering me for the past 24 days. Can you let me know how often I should be using Dologel each day? I'm just trying to make sure I'm doing it right.

Dologel should be applied directly to the affected area using a clean fingertip. It is recommended to apply a thin layer of Dologel over the ulcer 3-4 times a day, after meals and at bedtime. Make sure not to eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after applying Dologel to allow it to properly adhere to the ulcer and provide relief.

I've been having some pain just under my ribs for about a month now, and it's mostly on the right side. It gets worse when I stand up after sitting or bending and feels like there's some kind of movement inside my upper abdomen. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

I'm a 32-year-old male, and I'm a bit worried about my recent liver test results. My SGOT is 63 and my SGPT is 70. Should I be concerned about these numbers? Also, my bilirubin level is 1.26. Could you please advise me on whether these are dangerous and suggest any medicine or lifestyle changes I should consider?

Smegma is a normal, harmless substance. To get rid of smegma: Retract your foreskin and gently wash the area with warm water and mild soap. Use a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser to avoid irritation. Avoid using harsh or abrasive products. Dry the area thoroughly after washing. Repeat this process 2-3 times a week. Consult a urologist or healthcare professional if you experience discomfort, pain, or difficulty retracting your foreskin.

I'm really worried because I've had a stomach ache and an upset stomach for the past two days. I feel nauseous all the time and can't seem to get any sleep. On top of that, I've got a bad cough and cold. Could you give me some advice on what might be going on and what I should do?

I'm sorry you're feeling this way. It sounds like you might be dealing with a stomach issue and a cold at the same time, which can make everything worse. If the symptoms persist, it might be a good idea to consult a doctor to get proper treatment and find some relief.
