I'm dealing with ulcerative colitis and have been on Mesacol OD for about a year now. I'm curious if it's okay to take biotin and omega-3 supplements alongside it. Also, how long typically should someone stay on Mesacol OD?

You know, I've been noticing something strange the past couple of weeks. Every time I eat something a bit oily, like in certain sabjis, or even just drink a not-too-cold cold drink, I get this shortness of breath. It's been really concerning for me. I've tried using DSR and gesowel, and they seem to give me a bit of relief, but I'm still worried. I'm wondering if exercise might help with this. Could something like jogging or walking be beneficial? I've gained some weight since I'm mostly inactive due to my job, so I'm a bit obese now. Any advice on how to handle this situation?
if you are allergic to few foods avoid them. start steam inhalation

My wife's recent USG showed a gallstone the biggest one is 6.7mm. She doesn't have any pain, but she's lost a lot of weight, down to 56 kg over the last 6 months. Does she need surgery, or will medicine be enough? Also, could the stone be causing her weight loss, and how can she regain the weight she's lost?
A 6.7 mm gallstone without pain rarely needs surgery; weight loss is unlikely from the stone—focus on nutrition and rule out other causes.
