I'm dealing with ulcerative colitis and have been on Mesacol OD for about a year now. I'm curious if it's okay to take biotin and omega-3 supplements alongside it. Also, how long typically should someone stay on Mesacol OD?

I was recently diagnosed with mild jaundice and fatty liver, and my doctor suggested seeing a dietician. They also found gallstones but said to hold off on surgery until my liver improves. Should I be worried about delaying the gallstone surgery, and what kind of diet changes would help my liver recover faster?

for fatty liver start orange juice with olive oil and garlic and ginger

Can you reverse redundant colon without surgery and what treatments are available for it

Redundant colon, or dolichocolon, is a condition where the colon is longer than normal, creating extra loops and folds, which can sometimes cause symptoms like abdominal pain, bloating, and constipation. While surgery is sometimes necessary to address severe cases or complications, many people can live with a redundant colon without needing intervention. In some cases, nonsurgical options like decompression procedures or lifestyle changes can be used to manage symptoms.

I've been having some issues with gas and it's really starting to worry me. So, I had h pylori and gastritis, and after getting treatment, my flatulence reduced a lot and even the smell got better. But now, a few days after finishing the treatment, I'm back to having a lot of smelly gas. I saw a gastro doctor who prescribed rifagut 550 for 10 days and a probiotic for 5 days, and that helped with the smell somewhat, but I'm still farting a lot, especially in the evenings and at night. It's really affecting my social life. On top of that, I'm going to the bathroom about 12 times a day. I've been taking nexpro L for the past one and a half months as my doctor advised, but it's not helping. What can I do to get rid of this farting problem? Id really appreciate any advice.
