I'm dealing with vitiligo and my doctor suggested using Melback lotion, but I can't find it anywhere. I did come across Melgain at the drugstore though. Can I use Melgain as a substitute? What's the difference between Melback and Melgain, and how exactly does Melgain work? Would appreciate any advice on how to use it properly.

I'm dealing with a stubborn fungal infection on my butt that's been bothering me for a few months now. I did see a doctor, and they gave me some cream and powder to use, which seemed to clear things up at first. But now, instead of that round, rash-like infection, I've developed bubble or pimple-like fungal bumps. Any idea what might be happening or how I should handle this? I'm really hoping to find a way to get rid of it for good.

It sounds like you may be experiencing a different type of fungal infection after treating the initial round. For the bubble or pimple-like fungal infection, you can try using Clotrimazole cream twice a day on the affected area. Additionally, you can take Fluconazole 150mg tablet once a week for 4 weeks to treat the infection from within. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further spread of the infection.

I'm dealing with a ringworm issue on my skin and I'm a bit confused about whether it's okay to use regular soap, like Dettol, on it. Last time I went to the doctor, I remember being told not to use soap there, but I'm not sure if they meant all soap or just some. They prescribed KZ soap before, so I'm wondering if that's the only thing I should be using or if it's okay to use other soaps. What would you recommend?

Mild soap is advised ex-dermadew soap for local application.
