I'm 53 with diabetes and high BP, currently taking jalra dianorm m 1000 and metformin for sugar, plus apresol and beta nicardia for BP. My sugar levels stay fine when I skip BP meds, but spike badly when I take them. Why does this happen and how can I manage both conditions since I need cataract surgery soon?

Patient is advised to continue BP and sugar medications through out his lifetime,Also during his cataract surgery his BP and diabetes are to be controlled then only patient can be taken for the surgery.
