I'm diabetic and recently I've noticed I'm not feeling hungry at all. I've heard about Aristozyme and I'm wondering if it's something I could use. How exactly would I use that syrup? I'd really appreciate some guidance on this.

I've been dealing with a thyroid issue for about 7 years now, and my TSH level is currently at 2.50. I'm on a 50 mg dose of medication. Is this level considered okay, or is it on the higher side? I'm just trying to understand if I should be concerned or if I need to make any adjustments.
