I'm experiencing a burning sensation in my butt hole, and I'm not sure which doctor I should talk to about it. Do you know if there are any homemade remedies that might help? Also, what kind of medical issue does this fall under?

View allI just had my company's annual fitness test, and it turns out my SGOT, SGPT, and bilirubin levels are high. I don't have any symptoms, which is confusing. I've attached all my reports for you to see. Could you tell me what's going on and how I can bring those levels down?
Yes, sperm donation is a real thing and a vital option for individuals and couples struggling with infertility. It's not as simple as blood donation, as it involves a rigorous screening process, including medical, genetic, and psychological evaluations. To donate sperm, you can visit a fertility clinic, sperm bank, or reproductive medicine center. Some well-known sperm banks include Cryos International, European Sperm Bank, and California Cryobank.

I'm experiencing this burning sensation in my upper abdomen, mostly on the right side, and it's been getting pretty intense. I also feel some shortage of breath. The pain usually lasts for about 20 to 30 minutes, and it tends to calm down after I drink a lot of water and burp, but the burning feeling lingers for a bit. This has happened 2-3 times over the last few days, and I'm a bit concerned. I have a one-month-old baby who is entirely breastfed could this be a digestive issue? I'm considering trying Ayurvedic remedies, do you think that might be a good idea?
Your symptoms appear to be that of gastroenteritis. You would require an antacid to get relief from the symptoms. Avoid spicy, oily, fried, deep fried and junk food. Aim to drink 3 litres of water per day. Limit coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to just once a day

I'm feeling pretty confused and a bit worried here. Back in July 2020, I noticed it was hard to take a full deep breath all day long. It's been months now, like seven, and I've seen multiple doctors, but this hasn't gone away. It's kind of weird because my normal breathing is okay, and I don't have any other symptoms other than a lot of burping. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?
GERD I can think this diagnosis according to your symptoms or maybe anxiety issue! take pantop for 5 days
