I'm feeling pretty confused and a bit worried here. Back in July 2020, I noticed it was hard to take a full deep breath all day long. It's been months now, like seven, and I've seen multiple doctors, but this hasn't gone away. It's kind of weird because my normal breathing is okay, and I don't have any other symptoms other than a lot of burping. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

It is not advisable to use Eno powder for prolonged durations. It can cause bloating and erructations as well as disturbances in the normal gut flora due to change in intestinal PH.

I've been having some concerns lately about my digestion. Over the past few days, I've noticed undigested food in my stoolthings like brown rice, pineapples, and papayas. Along with that, I've been dealing with mild abdominal cramps and somewhat solid stools. It's frustrating because I often feel the urge to go, but then nothing really happens. Sometimes, I even see mucus and fat in there too. Could this be IBS? I'm also wondering if it's necessary to get a colonoscopy or endoscopy at my ageI'm 28 and physically active.
