I'm experiencing a lot of excess heat in my body, and it's causing a bunch of side effects like loose motions, a really strong smell during urine and bowel movements, and burning sensations in my throat and when I pee. Plus, I'm having excess cold and sneezes. I've tried a lot of natural drinks to cool down, but nothing seems to work. Also, I can't even handle a little bit of spice. What could be causing this, and what should I do?
