I'm experiencing a really bad pain and burning sensation around my anus whenever I go to the bathroom. It's been happening for a week now. My stools aren't hard, but it feels like a hot, chilli-like sensation in that area. I've tried using smuth cream and coconut oil, but nothing seems to help. Could you advise me on what to do?

View allI'm struggling with chronic constipation, and my doctor advised me to take Pegred solution for three months. I've been using it on and off for over four years now. Lately, for the past month or so, I'm dealing with back pain, feeling weak, tired, sleepy during the day, and having issues with vomiting and indigestion. Can you help me understand what's happening? Do you have any suggestions for other medications for constipation?
You need to consult and get yourself examined to find out the cause for chronic constipation.

I'm experiencing some discomfort and it's making me quite worried. I recently dealt with a lower respiratory infection which is now better, but I've been having these digestion issues since. After I eat, it feels like there's gas building up in my chest. It's strange because there's no pain, just a lot of discomfort. Lately, I've been feeling this tightness or gas build-up in my throat area, or maybe it's the food pipe, again without any pain but really uncomfortable. This tightness is mostly around the lower throat, and sometimes I feel it behind my sternum. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do about it?

I'm really worried because my CT scan showed that I have IBD, and now I'm dealing with worms in my stomach. I can definitely feel them, and it's really uncomfortable. Should I even consider taking medicine for worms right now? I'm not currently on any medication for my IBD, so I'm not sure what to do. Any advice would be great!
