I'm experiencing a really bad sore throat after eating pickles, fried, or spicy foods and sometimes when I smoke. I don't smoke regularly, maybe once a month or a bit more. Should I be worried about this, or is it just something that happens with these types of foods? Is there anything I can do to prevent it or ease the soreness when it happens?
