I'm experiencing shortness of breath and chest tightness. I was previously diagnosed with pneumonia and took medication for it. I recently had a CT scan done and it showed fibrotic strands. Should I be worried about these findings? What does it mean for my recovery and overall lung health? It's making me quite anxious, and I really need some guidance on what steps to take next.

I've been feeling kind of worried since yesterday. I was spray painting my bathroom cabinet for around 5 to 10 minutes, and I didn't use a mask. About 20 minutes later, I started feeling short of breath. Today, I'm still experiencing some shortness of breath, though not as intense as before, and there's a bit of coughing. A friend gave me some cough drops which helped a bit, but I'm concerned if I should just wait it out a few more days or if it's necessary to head to the hospital. What do you think?

So, I had this maid looking after my 1.5-year-old daughter for a few months, but she got sick once, even coughed up blood. I decided to let her go right after. This happened a couple of months back. I went ahead and got some tests done, like a sputum test for tuberculosis, which came back negative. But then she mentioned her dad passed away from TB 14 years ago. She's got a couple of sisters, a mom, and a brother in the family too. We did a digital x-ray and a helical CT chest scan, and those were normal. I'm just wondering, given her symptoms and her family history, is there still a possibility she might have active tuberculosis?
since her sputum test is negative there are least chances she has tuberculosis
