I'm experiencing shortness of breath even though my chest X-ray and ECG came back normal. Could anxiety be causing this, or should I be worried about something else? What might be the issue?

I've been feeling really out of breath no matter what I do, whether I'm just getting up, sitting down, moving around, or doing any kind of work. It's really concerning me. What could be causing this breathlessness, and should I be worried?

You may be experiencing symptoms of asthma. I recommend using an inhaler such as Ventolin (albuterol) to help relieve your breathlessness. My dad came down with COVID last month and, thankfully, he's recovered now. But he's still having this really bad dry cough at night or right after eating. I'm wondering how we can help him get over this lingering issue. Any advice would be great!
