I'm experiencing some discomfort and it's making me a bit worried. My palms and the soles of my feet feel cold but warm at the same time, and I've got this annoying body ache. Also, my eyes are warm and watery, and this has been happening since yesterday. What could be causing these symptoms? Should I be concerned?

You can take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 3 days. Tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids. If it still persists, get it checked out.

View allI'm having trouble sleeping before 4 am, so I've been taking melatonin. But now I've come down with a fever and took some paracetamol. Can I still take melatonin after that? Is it safe to use both?
Yes, you can take paracetamol and melatonin together. Paracetamol is safe to take for fever, and melatonin can help with sleep. Just make sure to follow the recommended dosages for each.

I'm feeling pain under my breast and kind of in the lower chest area since this morning. It really hurts when I touch it and even more when I try to take a deep breath. I'm worried about what it could be, but with the current situation, I'm scared to go to the hospital for an X-ray or anything like that. I had the same issue last year, and it got better after taking calcium supplements. Can you suggest what I should do now?
Ecg and cardiac markers are advised to the patient.

I'm really worried about my mom who just tested positive for COVID yesterday with a ct value of 16. She's been having a dry cough and had a fever a couple of days ago. Our family doctor has prescribed some medicine, and her oxygen level has been steady at 99 throughout today. Should we stick with the current meds, or is it better to see another doctor for her COVID treatment?
continue the medicine, no need to consult a doctor
