I'm experiencing some discomfort and it's making me a bit worried. My palms and the soles of my feet feel cold but warm at the same time, and I've got this annoying body ache. Also, my eyes are warm and watery, and this has been happening since yesterday. What could be causing these symptoms? Should I be concerned?

You can take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 3 days. Tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids. If it still persists, get it checked out.

View allI'm experiencing a sharp pain near my left shoulder every time I take a deep breath. I tried using a pain-killing spray, but it didn't seem to help. Should I be worried about this, or is there something else I can do to relieve the pain?
Could be due to inflammation of the muscles or tissues in that area. I recommend taking ibuprofen (e.g., Advil) 400mg to 800mg every 6 hours as needed for pain relief and inflammation. Additionally, applying a topical anti-inflammatory gel like diclofenac (e.g., Voltaren) to the affected area can also help. Make sure to rest the affected shoulder and avoid activities that worsen the pain. If the pain persists or worsens, consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation.
