I'm experiencing some discomfort and it's making me a bit worried. My palms and the soles of my feet feel cold but warm at the same time, and I've got this annoying body ache. Also, my eyes are warm and watery, and this has been happening since yesterday. What could be causing these symptoms? Should I be concerned?

I've heard some people say that drinking alcohol in moderation can be good for your health, but others argue that even a little bit isn't beneficial at all. I'm feeling a bit confused about this and would love to get some clarity. Is there any truth to the idea that a small amount of alcohol can actually be good for you, or should it really be avoided completely?

Moderate alcohol consumption, defined as up to one drink per day for women and up to two drinks per day for men, may have potential health benefits, such as reduced risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and certain types of cancer, due to antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties found in some alcoholic beverages; however, excessive drinking can lead to numerous health problems, including liver disease, certain cancers, and injuries
