I'm experiencing some discomfort and it's making me a bit worried. My palms and the soles of my feet feel cold but warm at the same time, and I've got this annoying body ache. Also, my eyes are warm and watery, and this has been happening since yesterday. What could be causing these symptoms? Should I be concerned?

You can take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 3 days. Tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids. If it still persists, get it checked out.

I'm feeling a bit of warmth in my back and sometimes it feels like I have a fever when I touch my neck, but I don't actually feel feverish inside. The heat in my back is noticeable, and I'm struggling to explain it properly. Can you help me understand what might be causing this?

You may be experiencing symptoms of a mild fever. The warmth in your back could be a sign of increased body temperature. I recommend taking acetaminophen (Tylenol) 500mg every 4-6 hours as needed to help reduce the fever and discomfort. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation.

I've been taking B complex tablets because my B12 level was low, and I've noticed my urine turning bright yellow afterward. I'm a bit worried and unsure if this is happening because of the supplement or if I should be concerned about something else. Is yellow urine normal after taking B complex, or should I be worried?

yes
