I'm experiencing this weird issue where the inside of my mouth, like my cheeks and gums, feels really rough and kind of like sandpaper. There's also this wrinkly texture going on. It's been happening on and off for about five months now. Any ideas on what's going on or what I should do about this?

You may be experiencing symptoms of dry mouth and oral mucositis. To help alleviate these symptoms, you can try using Biotene Oral Balance Gel. Apply a small amount of the gel to the affected areas in your mouth 4-5 times a day, especially before bed. Additionally, make sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. If the symptoms persist, consult with your dentist for further evaluation and management.

I'm really struggling with my oily and acne-prone skin. I found a couple of face washes, Acnelack and Ahaglow, and I really like them both. I'm thinking about using Acnelack in the morning and Ahaglow at night, but I'm worried if that might make things worse. Do you think this routine would help or not?
Using Acnelak in the morning and Ahaglow at night may be beneficial, as Acnelak's salicylic acid can help control oil and acne during the day, while Ahaglow's glycolic acid can aid in gentle exfoliation and skin renewal at night; however, monitor your skin's response, as combining products with different active ingredients can sometimes cause irritation or dryness.
