I'm feeling a burning sensation when I pee and it's been happening for around 34 days now. There's also this white discharge coming from my urethra. Any idea what might be going on?

I've been dealing with this really stubborn balanitis on the head of my penis for over a month now, and it's just not improving. I've already been to my doctor twice. First, they gave me fluconazole, and the second time, some antifungal cream along with hydrocortisone ointment. Neither treatment has worked. What could be the reason my balanitis isn't clearing up? Should antibiotics be considered in this situation?

I've been feeling a bit off lately like there's this strange discomfort or numbness in my right testicle. It's not really painful or sore, but just unsettling, especially when I press on it; it gets tender. I'm generally healthy at 28, aside from this weird sensation. What could be causing this, and should I be worried? Looking forward to your advice.

You may have hydrocele.examination of testicle is mandatory hence visit surgeon asap
