I'm feeling chest pain and noticing some fiber-like stuff coming from my mouth when I take steam after recovering from COVID. I'm worried it might be lung fibrosis. Can you tell me what might be going on and if there's any medication I should consider?

View allI'm really concerned about my TB treatment. I've been on the medicine for 45 days now. I recently did a CT scan a couple of days ago, and I attached the new report with the old one. Can you tell if there's any improvement? Also, since I've been diagnosed with TB after the CT scan and bronchoscopy, I'm wondering if it's safe for me to travel abroad. Could you help me out with this?
you can travel, but medicine should be taken there also as a course

I recently got an HRCT scan of my chest, and the results showed minimal ground glass haziness in the posterior parts of both lungs, especially in the dependent zones. It also mentioned some small lymph nodes near the trachea and a few other places. I'm trying to understand what all this means. Should I be worried?
minimal haziness and small lymph nodes, especially if not associated with other symptoms, often do not indicate serious problems but should still be monitored. If you have any chronic symptoms (like a cough, difficulty breathing, fever, or weight loss), or if the doctor suggests any follow-up, its important to follow their advice closely.
