I'm feeling chest pain and noticing some fiber-like stuff coming from my mouth when I take steam after recovering from COVID. I'm worried it might be lung fibrosis. Can you tell me what might be going on and if there's any medication I should consider?

View allI'm currently dealing with a tough breathing issue due to severe bronchitis and I've been trying out a few medications like the levosalbutamol inhaler, ibites inhaler, pulmoclear syrup, and also using a nasal spray for about two days. But ever since I started, I've noticed my heart rate is going through the roof, and on top of that, I'm feeling really restless and sleepy. Any idea how I can manage these side effects or should I be worried about them?
reduce the levosalbutamol inhaler dose

So, I've been told I have TB and my liver tests came back fine. The government hospital gave me 6 tablets to take all at once. I'm just wondering, is it okay to also take Pan, Liv52, and a Vitamin B6 tablet with these? Oh, and by the way, I'm 31, weigh 84.5 kg, and I have kidney stones but no other health issues. Any advice?
Yes,continue all the medications as advised by the physician.
