I'm feeling pretty confused and a bit worried about this pain I've got going on. It started in my arms and now it's spread to my neck and shoulders. I'm not sure who I should reach out to firstshould I go to a general physician, a pain specialist, a physiotherapist, or an orthopedist? Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Deworming medications are usually recommended for children and people living in areas with poor sanitation and hygiene. However, if you're an adult looking to deworm, here are some common medications:
Albendazole (Zentel): A common deworming medication for adults. Meclizine (Decaris): Another deworming medication for adults. Mebendazole (Vermox): Also used for deworming in adults.
However, before taking any medication:
- Consult a doctor: To determine if deworming is necessary and to discuss potential side effects.
- Check for contraindications: Ensure you don't have any medical conditions that may interact with the medication.
- Follow the recommended dosage: Adhere to the prescribed dosage and treatment duration.

View allI'm really concerned about this recent weight loss I've experienced. I was prescribed Phlogam to help with my sinus pain, and I've been taking it along with antibiotics for about a month now. I've lost about 2 kilograms since I started. Could Phlogam be the reason for this weight loss? Any insight would be appreciated.
There is no relation between them,

I've been thinking about taking multivitamins like Becadexamin every day to make sure I'm getting enough vitamins, but I'm worried it might not be totally safe. Is there anything I should be aware of or any potential side effects I should consider before making it a regular part of my routine?
