I'm feeling really awkward about my dark feet and knuckles, especially when I'm wearing different types of footwear. Do you have any suggestions for creams or treatments that might help lighten these areas? I'm curious about what might work best and would love some advice.

Ive been dealing with some small acne on my face and went to a dermatologist about a month ago. He prescribed some medicines after examining me, but unfortunately, the acne hasn't improved. The medications were Phexin 500 mg, Doxy 1 LR 100 mg capsules, Zitcare, and Acnovate gel. Should I keep using these or try something different? I'm just a bit worried about why they haven't worked yet and would love some advice!
the medications are appropriate for the condition ,if they doesnt work on your skin need to switch to other drugs,visit your dermatologist for appropriate treatment and ruleout the cause for acne.
