I'm feeling really dizzy and it's been going on for about 5 weeks now. Can you tell me why this might be happening? Is dizziness like this common, and how long does it usually last for people with vertigo? I'm currently taking flunarizine and betahistine as prescribed by an ENT specialist. Do these medications seem right for my issue?

View allI've been noticing for the last three days that when I spit, there's some blood, and it's happening like three to four times a day. I don't have a cough or anything, but honestly, I'm really scared. Someone mentioned it could be blood cancer? Can you help me figure out what's going on?
As you say it's unusual in that frequency visit ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate management.

I've been dealing with swollen tonsils for around 3 years now, and every so often, there's this thick yellow stuff that comes out from the tonsil crypts. I've tried various antibiotics, but nothing seems to help. There's no pain or fever, just the swelling. What could be going on, and is there something else I should try?
The persistent swollen tonsils with occasional thick yellow discharge from tonsil crypts, despite multiple antibiotic treatments, suggest a chronic condition, possibly chronic tonsillitis or recurring tonsilloliths (tonsil stones); consider consulting an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist for a thorough evaluation, which may include a tonsillectomy, cryptolysis, or other procedures to address the underlying cause and alleviate symptoms.

My nose bone is slightly bent to the left and I've noticed it over the last four years. Is surgery the only way to fix this or are there other solutions?
sx is option only.
