I'm feeling really unwell with a cold, cough, and throat issues, and I'm worried about it. I already paid for the consultation, but I'm getting calls from a physician instead. Could you please connect me with a pulmonology specialist for a video consultation? I think that's what I really need right now.

I'm a bit worried after getting a chest X-ray done yesterday. I've attached the film above. Could you help me understand if it shows any signs of TB or another infection? The doctor seemed unsure but has already suggested starting anti-TB meds for 15 days. Is it really okay to start that treatment at my age?
first do sputum test and if it is confirmed in it ,then take tuberculosis treatment

I'm trying to understand the readings on my oximeter. Sometimes, within 5 seconds, it shows a reading of 97 or 98, but other times it takes 15 or 20 seconds to give a reading. Also, it occasionally shows a very low value like 90 at first and then jumps to 96 or 97 after a few seconds. On the flip side, it might start at 98 and then go down. I'm seeing a range from 90 to 98. Is this kind of fluctuation normal? Which reading should I actually consider? Would appreciate any insight into this!
while you use pulse oximeter, record for few minutes and then consider the value which is recorded after 1 min
