I'm feeling really worried because after drinking hot water all day the day before yesterday, I started having trouble breathing, especially at night, and my nose is all congested. I've already tried inhaling steam, but I'm not sure what might be causing this or what else I should do. Can you help me figure this out?

How long does recovery usually take after concha bullosa surgery I'm considering it because of breathing issues headaches and trouble focusing while reading I heard it's a minor endoscopic procedure but I'm worried about taking time off work since I just started a new job Would I be okay to go back to work by Monday if I have the surgery on Saturday or is two days too soon for recovery

Recovery after concha bullosa surgery, especially a minor endoscopic procedure, usually takes a few days to a week, but full recovery might take longer. While some patients can return to work within a few days, others may experience mild discomfort for a few days after surgery. Two days after a Saturday surgery (by Monday) is likely too soon for most, and it's best to err on the side of caution and allow more time for recovery.

I've been noticing that whenever I sneeze, I see some thick blood coming from my nose. I'm really curious and a bit worried about what might be causing this issue. Could you help me understand what's going on and what I can do about it?

Do you also get a blocked nose? Also, do you feel any trickle down your throat, phlegm in your throat and dry cough? If yes, this could be sinusitis that you are facing... Also, do you have any bleeding gums, blood in urine ir stool?

I have hearing loss and my doctor recommended ear surgery because there's some damage to the layers in my ear and a small hole. Is there any alternative to surgery? Can homeopathy help repair this or should I see a good homeopathic doctor? Here are my test results what do you suggest?

The recommended ear surgery likely refers to tympanoplasty, a procedure to repair a damaged eardrum (tympanic membrane). This surgery can improve hearing, especially if a hole in the eardrum (perforation) or damage to the surrounding layers is causing hearing loss. Tympanoplasty involves using a graft (tissue or synthetic material) to patch or reconstruct the damaged eardrum.
