I'm feeling really worried because after drinking hot water all day the day before yesterday, I started having trouble breathing, especially at night, and my nose is all congested. I've already tried inhaling steam, but I'm not sure what might be causing this or what else I should do. Can you help me figure this out?

I've been really anxious about something recently. I tested positive for COVID-19 about a month ago, and a week after that, I got mild pneumonia.
