I'm feeling some discomfort in my upper abdomen and my liver ultrasound shows it's enlarged with increased echogenicity. There aren't any focal lesions or dilated ducts, and my common duct measures about 3mm while the portal vein is 10mm at the porta. Can you help me understand what's going on and what I should do next?

View allI'm having this really annoying issue where every time I go to the bathroom, my anus gets super itchy. It's so bad that I find it really hard not to scratch it. Why is it so itchy and what can I do to stop it?
The persistent itchy anus, especially after wiping, could be caused by anal fissures, hemorrhoids, skin tags, or conditions like pruritus ani, psoriasis, or eczema; other possible causes include poor hygiene, excessive wiping, or irritation from soaps, wipes, or toilet paper; to alleviate the itch, try applying cool compresses, using gentle, fragrance-free cleansers, and avoiding scratching; consider consulting a gastroenterologist,

I'm really curious about the medications my doctor prescribed for my tiny duodenal polyp. I've been given Nordys 400, Rifaximin, and Menoctyl Tabotilonium Bromide. Can you explain more about how these work and what I should expect during the treatment?
Yes you can take it

I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with my recent diagnosis from Apollo Hospital. They found 5 ulcers in my digestive tract and said I have IBD, specifically Crohn's disease, along with cough variant asthma. They did a colonoscopy, abdomen CT scan, fecal test, and a bunch of blood tests. Now I'm on medication for IBD and Crohns, and theyve given me an inhaler for the cough. Im a bit worriedshould I expect any side effects from the meds, and how can I manage these conditions effectively on a daily basis? Any advice on diet or lifestyle adjustments would be really helpful.
The diagnosis of Crohn's disease, a type of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), and cough variant asthma is based on comprehensive testing, and the prescribed medications, likely including aminosalicylates, immunomodulators, or biologics for Crohn's, and bronchodilators or corticosteroids for asthma, aim to manage symptoms, induce remission, and prevent complications.
