I'm feeling something unusual with my stomach. My upper abdomen feels pretty hard, and it's not painful, but when I eat, it gets really tight and sticks out. What's weird is that my lower abdomen is soft and flat. What could be going on here?

gas, indigestion, food sensitivities, or digestive conditions like IBS. It's important to track your diet, monitor for patterns, and consider lifestyle adjustments such as eating smaller meals, staying hydrated, and possibly taking probiotics. If symptoms persist or worsen, seeing a healthcare provider will help determine the exact cause

I'm dealing with heartburn, chest pain, nausea, and shortness of breath, and I've been like this for the last six months. Ive had a 2D echo, ECG, vitamin D check, endoscopy, and blood tests, but everything seems to be normal. What could be causing these symptoms if all my tests are showing up fine? I'm really concerned and would love to understand what's going on.
