I'm feeling something unusual with my stomach. My upper abdomen feels pretty hard, and it's not painful, but when I eat, it gets really tight and sticks out. What's weird is that my lower abdomen is soft and flat. What could be going on here?

Even after that, my throat kept burning, so I saw an ENT specialist who mentioned it might be a vocal cord problem. I've been dealing with acid reflux for the past couple of years and recently got an endoscopy that showed I have an H. pylori infection. I've been on the Nexpro HP kit but still haven't found any relief. Could you suggest what I might try next or what else might be going on?

my mom is 60 and has gallstones but isn't showing any symptoms right now is surgery really the only option or can gallstones be treated without it are there homeopathic or ayurvedic treatments that actually work to remove them or if there are no symptoms can we just leave them alone without any treatment
