I'm feeling a weird sensation like something's stuck or moving around my throat, from the back of my mouth to my Adam's apple. It's been bothering me for a few days. There's no pain, just this feeling like something's going up and down my throat. It seems to go down when I swallow but then comes back up. Any idea what might be causing this?

I've been dealing with throat infections and a cough since January 17th, and it's really frustrating. My voice keeps getting hoarse, especially after I have ice cream or cold fruits. What's weird is that now my voice sounds hoarse even without a throat infection. I'm worried and not sure why this is happening. Could it be something more?

I'm really worried about my mom. She has a peanut caught in her throat. It's been almost 4 hours now. She's able to breathe fine, but swallowing anything is making her really uncomfortable. What should we do? Should we be seeing someone or is there something we can try doing at home to help her out?
It sounds like your mother may have a foreign body sensation in her throat due to the peanut. I recommend she take 1-2 tablespoons of liquid antacid to help coat the throat and reduce discomfort. Additionally, she can try eating a small piece of banana or bread to help push the peanut down. However, if the symptoms persist or worsen, she should seek medical attention immediately.
