I'm getting kinda worried because ever since I started using Depwhite and Xtralite cream at night, my skin's been super dry. Plus, when I apply Acnemoist cream in the morning, I notice a mild burning sensation. Do you have any idea how long these issues might last?

It's getting worse now, as the fungal infection is spreading to my private parts. I'm using sapat lotion and cream, which gives me some temporary relief, but I really want to get rid of it for good. What do you suggest I do to solve this from the root?

I'm dealing with a strong fishy odor coming from my groin area, and it's really uncomfortable. There's also constant itching and some red spots, and it doesn't seem to go away during the day. What could be causing this and how can I make it better?
