I'm getting married soon and I'm really worried about my dark skin color. I've been thinking about using skin whitening pills but I'm not sure if they are safe. I really don't want to use any creams. Can you tell me more about the safety of these pills?

I've been taking CANTHEX tablets for my skin pigmentation as the doctor said my weight gain might be causing this issue. But I stumbled across some info online suggesting that CANTHEX is also used for weight loss. I'm a bit confused and kind of worried does this mean that if I continue taking these tablets, there's a chance I might put on more weight?
No need to worry you can use it as advised by your doctor for pigmentation, there is no such record stating it's potential in weight gain.
