I'm getting really tired when I dance or do even small heavy tasks, and I'm not sure why. I already had an ECG, and it came back normal. I'm just wondering if there's something else that could be causing this?

Feeling tired during physical activity could be due to various reasons, even if your ECG results are normal. One common reason for this could be iron deficiency anemia. I recommend you to take iron supplements like Ferrous Sulfate 325mg once daily after meals for a few months. Additionally, make sure you are staying hydrated and eating a balanced diet rich in iron and other essential nutrients. If the symptoms persist, further evaluation may be needed.

Can I take Ecosprin AV75 tablets even if I don't have heart pain? I'm 33 years old and wondering how long it's safe to use this medication, like maybe taking one tablet a day for a month. Is it okay to just stop after that? Curious to hear your thoughts.

Ecosprin AV75 is a combination medication containing Aspirin and Atorvastatin. It is commonly used for heart health to prevent heart attacks and strokes. At your age of 33, if you do not have any specific heart condition or risk factors, it is not recommended to take Ecosprin AV75 as a preventive measure without consulting a doctor. If a doctor has prescribed Ecosprin AV75 for you, the duration of the treatment will depend on your individual health condition. It is important to follow your doctor's advice regarding how long to continue taking the medication. Typically, if it is prescribed for prevention, it may need to be taken for a longer duration than just one month. It is not advisable to stop taking Ecosprin AV75 abruptly without consulting your doctor, as sudden discontinuation of Aspirin can have adverse effects. Always follow your doctor's instructions regarding the duration of treatment and any changes to your medication regimen.

I'm really worried about my mom. She had a CABG x 2 about three months ago and now she's started feeling numb all over her chest and body for about an hour. We rushed her to the hospital and they did a High Sensitive Troponin I test. The report showed 2.9 ngL, but the normal range according to the lab is 19 ngL. Does this mean she might've had another attack? Is she at risk? Please help us understand what this could mean.
