I'm going to be taking antibiotics for a week and I'm kind of worried about how they might affect my liver and other parts of my body. What precautions can I take to protect myself while I'm on this medication? Any tips on reducing the potential side effects would be really helpful.

I recently cut my finger with a new razor blade, and while there wasnt any rust or soil on it, the wound did bleed. I put some Dettol on it, and now it's healed up, but I havent had a tetanus shot in over five years. Should I get the injection right away, or is it okay if I wait a bit?
