I'm going to the gym and working out for about two hours every day. I'm a bit confused about which multivitamin tablets I should take since they seem necessary. Right now, I'm taking Revital H, but it sometimes upsets my stomach. Could you suggest a multivitamin that covers most of my vitamin and mineral needs?
