I'm having this annoying chest congestion that only seems to hit me at night. It's been a week now and it's making it really hard for me to sleep well. Could this be allergy, flu, or something more serious?

It sounds like you might be dealing with nighttime chest congestion, which could be triggered by allergies, post-nasal drip, or a mild respiratory infection like the flu. However, if it's persistent and affecting your sleep, it's best to get it checked by a doctor to rule out any underlying conditions.

I'm a bit concerned about my health after having a cold. My antigen test came back negative, and I've noticed my respiration rate is 14, and my SpO2 has dropped to 95 from 99 before the cold. Im wondering if the lower SpO2 could be related to the cold since I dont have fever or body aches. Could you give me some insight into this?

I've been having these really scary moments just before I fall asleep where I stop breathing and wake up in like a full-on adrenaline rush. It's happening a lot, like 15 to 20 times back-to-back. I thought it was obstructive sleep apnea, so I tried using a CPAP, but that didn't solve it. Then I considered it might be a stomach acid thing and tried Nexium, but nope, still happening. Do you have any ideas about what could be causing this?
