I'm having a bit of an issue where I notice some drops leaking a few minutes after I pee. Also, whenever I watch any sexy videos or chat with my girlfriend, some sperm drops come out suddenly, and my testicles hurt. I also feel weak a lot of the time. Could you help me understand what's going on?

Premature ejaculation It needs psychological as well as physiological assessment , this problem will improve with medicines and counselling .I can understand ur concern that you are worried but As u are young , scope of improvement is there.
