I'm having an issue with finding blood in my urine, but it's only happening at night and has been going on for the past three days. In the morning, everything seems normal. Can you help me figure out who I should talk to about this?

View allI've had a grade 3 varicocele in my left testis for 3 years now and the pain is really bothering me. I'm confused whether to go for surgery, try varicocelectomy, or explore ayurvedic treatments. What would you recommend for long-term relief?
A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.

I've noticed that my left testicle is quite a bit larger than the right one. The left one is around the size of an egg, while the right is more like a 2 rupee coin. Is this something I should be worried about? Could it be an issue? Please help me figure this out.
It's important to monitor any changes in the size of your testicles, even without pain. A significant size difference could be due to various factors, such as a varicocele, hydrocele, or other conditions. I recommend seeing a doctor for a physical examination and possibly an ultrasound to ensure everything is fine.
