I'm having this issue where after I vomit from acidity, my left ear starts hurting inside. It's really uncomfortable, and I'm worried about what might be causing it. Can you give me some advice on what to do or how to make it stop?

I'm really struggling with my vertigo, specifically BPPV. I had an episode in the past and was on Vertin 16mg and Stugen for about 20 days, and it seemed like it went away completely.
