I'm having this issue where a few hours after I fall asleep, I wake up with shortness of breath. It's really alarming because it happens out of nowhere, and I don't know what's causing it. After I drink some water, I feel better, but it's unsettling not to know why it's happening. There's no chest pain or anything like sweating, just this sudden breathlessness. Can you help me figure out what might be going on?

View allI'm really struggling with my breathing the last couple of days. It feels heavy and I'm breathing super fast, plus I'm yawning all the time. My heart's been racing too, and it's making me so anxious. My nose is clear and my hemoglobin's normal, so I'm at a loss about what's going on. I'm constantly worrying about my breathing now and focusing on it just seems to make it worse. Any idea what this could be? It's really stressing me out.

I'm a bit worried about my CT scan results. It mentions a left-sided pleural effusion extending to the infra scapular region, and there's some consolidation in the lower lung. Plus, it says something about the left dome being pulled up. Can you help me understand what all this means? Is it serious?
