My wife has been dealing with TB since February 2017 and she's been on 3 FDC treatment. A few months after starting, we went through a biopsy and she continued with medication. Now she's having some trouble with her legs. Have you seen something like this before or is it common for TB medication to cause leg issues? What should we do next?

I'm using a Philips Dream Station Auto CPAP machine with an oronasal mask for almost a year now because I have obstructive sleep apnea with an AHI of 31.4. I've been hearing about this black fungus issue caused by prolonged mask use and I'm not sure if I should keep using it. I was diagnosed with Covid back in August 2020, but I was asymptomatic and recovered fine. Can you advise me on whether I should continue using the CPAP machine right now?
