I'm having this issue where I really feel like I need to sneeze, but I just can't seem to actually sneeze. It's been going on for a bit, and now I'm getting a headache and even some stomach pain from it. Any idea what's going on or how I can finally get some relief?

I'm experiencing some discomfort when swallowing, particularly on the right side near my Adam's Apple. It's not a constant pain, but it sometimes feels like a lumpy soreness throughout the day, especially when I gulp. I have a moderate cough and notice I'm spitting more often. My tonsils have been swollen for almost 3 weeks now and nothing from allopathy seems to help. Doctors are suggesting surgery but I'm not sure if that's the only option left. What else can I try before going for surgery?

Tonsillitis generally lasts around a week. However, when it lasts longer than 14 days, it's considered chronic tonsillitis. Chronic tonsillitis may lead to other conditions that need additional treatment. If you have recurring bouts of tonsillitis, you may need to have your tonsils surgically removed.
