I'm having this issue where my skin has been looking really dry for about a year now, and I've noticed these black dots, but they're not on my face, just the rest of my body. It sometimes feels itchy, probably because of the temperature or something. I'm starting to get worried and I'm thinking about getting some treatment for it. Could you give me some advice on what to do?

View allI'm using Minscalp Plus every night, about 1ml. I used to use Minscalp 5 before that, but now Im noticing more hair fall than before and some root pain at the top. Should I stick with it, and are there any age-related side effects with these meds? Also, I'm using ZycafyM for shampooing. What do you recommend I do?

My friend has been dealing with a lot of unwanted hair growth in places like the navel and underarms. Are there any effective treatments for this that don't involve laser surgery?
Hormonal imbalance, PCOS, or genetics could cause unwanted hair. Options include waxing, shaving, depilatory creams, electrolysis, or anti-androgen medications—not only laser.

I recently shaved my head, something I haven't done since childhood, and now I'm seeing these white patches all over my scalp. It's really gross and embarrassing. I've had dandruff issues before, but this looks different. What could this be, and how can I get rid of it permanently? Any advice would be really appreciated.
