I'm having this issue where my skin has been looking really dry for about a year now, and I've noticed these black dots, but they're not on my face, just the rest of my body. It sometimes feels itchy, probably because of the temperature or something. I'm starting to get worried and I'm thinking about getting some treatment for it. Could you give me some advice on what to do?

I've been dealing with these boils in my pubic area for a few days now, and they're making it tough for me to walk. I've tried using a hot compress and antifungal powder, which helps a bit, but only temporarily. I'm not sure what more I can do. Just in case it matters, I haven't eaten sweets in over two months. Any advice on this would be really appreciated. What could be causing these, and how can I treat them effectively?
It sounds like you may be dealing with a bacterial infection causing the boils. I recommend using an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin or Bacitracin on the boils after cleansing the area with mild soap and water. Additionally, you can take oral antibiotics like Augmentin or Bactrim to help clear up the infection. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and avoid tight clothing to reduce friction. If the boils persist or worsen, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.P.s I haven't had sweets since more than 2 months..."

I'm wondering about the best way to use Kojivit gel cream. Should I apply it in the morning or at night? Is it okay to use Kojivit in the morning and then Retino at night? Any advice would be helpful.
