I'm having a lot of headaches, and there are these tiny acne-like bumps on my head that hurt a lot, especially at the back. Every time I touch them, they're really painful. I'm just not sure what's going on. Any idea what this could be?

there is no relation between headache and acne only if its herpes ,your complaints seem like regular acne and migraine, visit your doctor for appropriate treatment .

I'm planning to use Bontress hair serum and I'm kind of confused about whether I need to wash my hair every day after applying it in the morning. Is it okay to just leave it in and head to work, or do I need to wash it out? My doctor mentioned using 3 sprays in the morning and 4 in the evening. I'm just trying to figure out the best routine. Can I apply it and then just leave it on, or should I wash it off after some time?

You can leave the serum on your scalp and go about your day without washing it off. There is no need to wash your hair immediately after applying the serum. Just make sure to follow the recommended dosage and application times for best results."

I'm using Benzoyl Peroxide, Benzac AC, Acnicin, Clindamycin, and Adapalene for my skin. I'm a bit confused about how to apply them. Should I be using one at night and the other in the morning, or is it better to alternate between them? Can you help me figure out the best routine?

I've noticed this dark patch appearing on my temple, right between my forehead and nose. The skin texture feels normal, not rough or anything, but it looks like it's just more tanned than the rest of my face. I'm pretty sure it's not actually a tan. What can I do to make it go away?

This black patch could be a condition called melasma, which is a common skin problem causing dark, discolored patches on the skin. To help fade the black patch, you can use a cream containing hydroquinone, tretinoin, and a corticosteroid. An example of such a cream is Tri-Luma, which should be applied once daily in the evening. Additionally, using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher daily can help prevent further darkening of the skin. Remember to consult with a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
