I'm having this persistent pain in my left arm and shoulder that I've been dealing with for the past 34 days. It seems to start from my neck and sometimes even gets numb. It's starting to worry me. Could this be something serious? What should I do?

To be on the safer side, have an ECG done, just to ensure cardiac normalcy. The pain is most likely cervival radiculopathy, which means it is referred pain from compression of the spinal cord. You can take one tablet of Flexon MR after food if the pain increases in severity. Make sure to rest your arm and shoulder, and avoid any activities that worsen the pain. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I'm going through treatment for Abdominal TB and since April 2016, my liver got affected too and I was close to having jaundice. My doctor switched up some meds, and now I'm on a daily streptomycin injection plan for 60 days. I'm on injection number 33, but lately, I've been feeling super dizzy all the time and find it hard to maintain my balance while walking. At first, I thought it might just be weakness, especially since I returned to work in mid-June, but when it persisted for 34 days, I saw my doctor again. He thinks it's Vertigo and gave me some medicine, but it's been 2.5 weeks and there's no sign of improvement. I even checked in with an ENT and the cochlear and audiometric tests turned out normal. I'm really getting anxious about this dizziness and imbalance. Do you think this can be cured, and should I be seeing a specific type of doctor for help? I can't even manage car rides anymore. Any advice or suggestions you might have would really mean a lot to me.

Can you review my MRI results and let me know if my disc issue can heal without surgery or if physiotherapy would work better for it

MRI review needed to guide decision, but physiotherapy is often first-line for disc issues before considering surgery.

I've been feeling really weak and lethargic lately, along with this weird heaviness in my head and vibrations throughout my body. On top of that, there's this occasional loss of coordination when I move. What could be causing these symptoms?

I would recommend seeking medical attention for a proper evaluation and diagnosis. In the meantime, you can take Paracetamol 500mg for relief from any associated headaches or body aches.
