I'm having a really tough time with my breathing, and recently, I think it might be Phlegm-related. A while back, I had a lot of sugary stuff, and then I started having trouble with this wet cough and lots of Phlegm. My doctor suggested Asthalin AX syrup for this wet cough, and it helped some with the Phlegm. Also, I noticed when I stopped the sweets, the Phlegm kind of stopped too. But even now and then, I still feel like I'm not getting enough air. I've been on some antibiotics for an infection like the Symbiotik capsule, vycor forte tablet, Bethansol tablet, and Asthalin Ax Syrup. I'm really concerned if it's okay to take all these medicines to sort out the shortness of breath because of the Phlegm and the cough. I'm just looking for some advice on how to deal with the short breath due to this cough and Phlegm situation.

View allI'm really worried because I've been struggling with shortness of breath for the past six months, especially at night, and it's making it impossible for me to sleep. I had a pulmonary test and they mentioned something about pneumobilia. Can you explain what that is and what might be causing this?

I'm really worried about my dad. He's been a welder for years, and lately, he's been dealing with a cough and black phlegm for about two weeks now. We got him tested for COVID and it's negative, thank goodness, but I'm starting to wonder if these symptoms might be linked to his work. Could it be some kind of occupational respiratory disorder? What should we do next?
