I'm having a really tough time with my breathing, and recently, I think it might be Phlegm-related. A while back, I had a lot of sugary stuff, and then I started having trouble with this wet cough and lots of Phlegm. My doctor suggested Asthalin AX syrup for this wet cough, and it helped some with the Phlegm. Also, I noticed when I stopped the sweets, the Phlegm kind of stopped too. But even now and then, I still feel like I'm not getting enough air. I've been on some antibiotics for an infection like the Symbiotik capsule, vycor forte tablet, Bethansol tablet, and Asthalin Ax Syrup. I'm really concerned if it's okay to take all these medicines to sort out the shortness of breath because of the Phlegm and the cough. I'm just looking for some advice on how to deal with the short breath due to this cough and Phlegm situation.

View allI'm really concerned because Ive been checking my spo2 with a pulse oximeter every day, and its always around 98 or 99. But last night, I suddenly woke up and when I checked, my spo2 had dropped to 81. It went back to normal in just a couple of minutes. This is worrying me a lot because I had a chest x-ray done two months ago and everything looked fine. What could have caused this sudden drop?
Spirometry and pulmonary function tests is advised to the patient.

I'm experiencing this really uncomfortable chest tightness along with some pain in both the lower and upper parts of my right chest. I've also been dealing with sneezing and watery eyes that come with a cough. When I do cough, there's this light yellow mucus with a few greenish pieces. The pain's gotten a bit worse over the past two days, especially when I'm sitting or sleeping on my right side. What could this be?
take tablet zerodol twice a day and syrup ascoril
