I'm having some issues with gastric problems and I don't really feel fresh after using the washroom. What should I do to feel better and more refreshed? Can you suggest anything?

But now, for the last 10 days, I've also been dealing with acid reflux. I'm taking Pantocid tablets and sometimes Digene syrup, but the breathing issue is still there. I recently had an endoscopy and they found GERD and some ulcers in my food pipe. Could you suggest if there's any specific test I should consider to find out why I'm struggling so much with my breathing? Like maybe a lung test or anything else I should look into?

I have 8mm gallstones and my doctor prescribed udilive 300 and zentac 300 for 3 months. Is there any way to get rid of gallstones without surgery? I'm really hoping to avoid an operation if possible.
