I'm having some trouble with my breathing. It seems like every 5 to 10 seconds, I have to take a deep breath. I'm really wondering what could be causing this. Can you help me understand what's going on?

View allI'm really struggling with breathing properly because it feels like my lungs aren't getting enough air and my nose is almost always blocked. This has been going on for a few months now. Sometimes I get chest congestion too. It's affecting my sleep a lot since I wake up with a heavy head and I feel sleepy and drowsy the whole day. Could you suggest what might be going on?

I'm experiencing chest pain and have a hard time breathing, plus I get tired really quickly and have a fever. Could this be related to a left pleural effusion? Can you help me understand what's happening and what I should do next?

I've been trying to quit smoking and managed to stop for a month, but I slipped back into having one cigarette a couple of times a week. Now whenever I do smoke, I feel this strong chest tightness and discomfort for a couple of days, and even hear a cracking sound in my trachea when I'm doing normal stretches. It's kinda freaking me out since I'm really trying to switch to a healthier lifestyle. Back when I was in the US, I used to take supplements like Glutathione, NAC, and Omega 3. Do you think those might help with what I'm experiencing, or should I be worried about something else?
