I'm having some trouble with my legs. When I sit on the floor with my legs folded, they start hurting, and it's tough to stand up right away. It feels like something we call "timmurlu" in Telugu. After sitting like that, I can't stand for about 5 minutes. What could be causing this, and any ideas for a solution?

I'm dealing with this recurring issue where my uric acid levels get high. I've been diagnosed with gout arthritis in the past, and I've been taking Febustat 40 daily whenever I notice any pain or swelling. I've tried taking it twice a day, which seems to help, but if I stop for a while, the pain comes back. It used to only affect my right knee, but now it's happening in my left knee too. What should I do about this? Is there a better way to manage it?
