I'm having some trouble with my shoulder when I throw a cricket ball. It actually hurts a lot, and for about five minutes, it feels like my hand isnt even connected to my body. I'm not sure whats going on. Could you give me some advice on what I should do about this?

The shoulder pain and temporary numbness or disconnection sensation in your hand after throwing a cricket ball may indicate a shoulder injury, such as a rotator cuff strain or shoulder impingement, or possible nerve compression; consider consulting a sports medicine specialist or physiotherapist for a proper evaluation, and in the meantime, apply the RICE principle: Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation to alleviate symptom

View allI've been jogging and exercising regularly, and I'm curious if drinking Oral Rehydration Salt afterwards is actually beneficial for my health. Is it something I should be doing daily, or are there any downsides I should be aware of? It's been quite a routine for me, so I want to make sure I'm not missing anything important for my recovery and overall well-being.
it should be good

I'm aware that drinking energy drinks, especially before a workout, can be risky. But I ended up having one can anyway because I can be pretty stubborn. Now I'm wondering, is it safe if I hit the gym in about 2 hours? Should I wait longer? Would love to know what you think.
yes you can have it . but generally avoid it , it would be better
