I'm having some trouble with my shoulder when I throw a cricket ball. It actually hurts a lot, and for about five minutes, it feels like my hand isnt even connected to my body. I'm not sure whats going on. Could you give me some advice on what I should do about this?

I'm someone who hits the gym regularly and likes to take my protein shake every day after working out. Ive been wondering, if I masturbate once a week or every two weeks, will it impact my muscle growth or body size? Will it affect how my body develops?
