I'm having a sore throat and a dry cough pretty much all the time, especially when I'm outside and come into contact with dust or after eating hot foods. Now, on top of that, I'm dealing with daily constipation and back pain. I'm really not sure what's going on and it's starting to bother me. Any idea what's causing this or how I can get some relief?

I've been having a really annoying dry cough lately and it's been keeping me up at night. I've tried drinking more fluids and using a humidifier, but it's not getting any better. I'm 39 and I've been dealing with a cold and cough for a few days now. I tried taking Levolin Plus for my cough, but it feels like the phlegm is stuck in my chest and won't come out. I'm also hearing some noises from my ears. Can you recommend any medications, like a cough syrup or antibiotics, that might help me get some relief?
