I'm having a sore throat and a dry cough pretty much all the time, especially when I'm outside and come into contact with dust or after eating hot foods. Now, on top of that, I'm dealing with daily constipation and back pain. I'm really not sure what's going on and it's starting to bother me. Any idea what's causing this or how I can get some relief?

View allI've been having a really annoying dry cough lately and it's been keeping me up at night. I've tried drinking more fluids and using a humidifier, but it's not getting any better. Do you have any recommendations for a good cough syrup specifically for dry coughs? I'd love to know what might actually help soothe this!
You can use Grylinctus dx or Ascoril

I'm really worried about my COVID results. My wife tested positive but then negative after 10 days of quarantine. Ive been having a cold and a nose blockage for a bit, and my RTPCR just came back positive with a CT value of 33, but I don't feel any symptoms now. Do you think I need to redo the test soon, and how much longer should I stay in quarantine? I'm kind of anxious about what to do next.

I'm trying to find out what's the right dose of Zentel deworming tablets for adults and how often I should be taking them. Also, are there any side effects I should be aware of? This whole deworming thing makes me a bit anxious. Could you please guide me?
The ideal dose of Zentel (brand name for albendazole) deworming tablets for adults is 400mg as a single dose. It is usually taken once, and may be repeated after 2 weeks if necessary. Some possible side effects of albendazole include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, headache, dizziness, and temporary hair loss.
